Mr. President,

History has often called upon great leaders to make difficult decisions that change the course of humanity. We, the undersigned citizens of Iran and supporters of liberty, appeal to your decisive leadership to end a forty-year nightmare that has held a nation hostage and destabilized the world. We ask you to take the lead in forming an international coalition to initiate strategic military strikes against the command and control structures of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Scale of Atrocity: A Modern-Day Holocaust
The world can no longer avert its eyes. The atrocities committed by this regime are not merely political suppression; they are a systematic campaign of extermination against the Iranian people. In the most recent uprisings alone, thousands have been slaughtered—a staggering toll acknowledged even within the rhetoric of the regime’s Supreme Leader.

Beyond the dead, the regime has unleashed a barbaric campaign of maiming: more than 8,000 innocent protesters have been deliberately blinded by security forces, and hundreds of thousands have been injured. When viewed cumulatively over the life of this regime, the sheer volume of torture, execution, and imprisonment is a crime against humanity comparable in scope and cruelty to the tragedies of Rwanda and the Holocaust. Silence in the face of such evil is complicity.

Our Proposal: Air Support, Not Boots on the Ground
We do not ask for American sons and daughters to fight our battles on the ground. The people of Iran are ready to reclaim their country. We possess the will, the numbers, and the courage to dismantle this theocracy from the streets. What we lack is protection from the heavy weaponry of the IRGC.

We specifically request a campaign of overwhelming air support and strategic strikes targeting the regime's military apparatus, intelligence centers, and leadership bunkers. Your decisiveness in targeting the pillars of this regime will shatter their ability to repress the population, making the collapse of the tyranny swift and inevitable.

We understand that freedom carries real costs, and we are not asking the American taxpayer to shoulder the financial burden of Iran’s liberation. We, the signatories of this petition—speaking as citizens of a future free Iran—affirm our conviction and our commitment that the expenses tied to any military equipment, logistics, and operational support involved in this effort should be repaid by a liberated Iranian state once the regime has fallen. Iran is a wealthy nation held hostage by thieves; when it is free, we believe it must meet its obligations and honor those who helped make that future possible.

The Time for Action is Now
Mr. President, the Islamic Republic is a paper tiger that relies on terror to survive. A decisive blow from an international coalition led by the United States will not only liberate 85 million people but will bring stability to the Middle East and security to the world.

We look to you for strength. We look to you for action.

تاریخ همواره رهبران بزرگ را فراخوانده تا تصمیمات دشواری بگیرند که مسیر بشریت را تغییر می‌دهد. ما، امضاکنندگان این نامه، شهروندان ایران و حامیان آزادی، از رهبری قاطع شما درخواست می‌کنیم تا به کابوس چهل‌ساله‌ای که یک ملت را به گروگان گرفته و جهان را بی‌ثبات کرده است، پایان دهید. ما از شما می‌خواهیم که رهبری تشکیل یک ائتلاف بین‌المللی را بر عهده بگیرید تا حملات نظامی استراتژیک علیه ساختارهای فرماندهی و کنترل جمهوری اسلامی ایران آغاز شود.

ابعاد جنایت: یک هولوکاست مدرن
جهان دیگر نمی‌تواند چشمان خود را ببندد. جنایات ارتکابی توسط این رژیم صرفا سرکوب سیاسی نیست؛ بلکه کارزاری سیستماتیک برای نابودی مردم ایران است. تنها در خیزش‌های اخیر، هزاران نفر قتل‌عام شده‌اند؛ آماری هولناک که حتی در لفاظی رهبر خود رژیم نیز به آن اذعان شده است.

فراتر از کشتار، رژیم کارزاری وحشیانه برای نقص عضو به راه انداخته است: بیش از 8,000 معترض بی‌گناه توسط نیروهای امنیتی به عمد کور شده‌اند و صدها هزار نفر مجروح گشته‌اند. هنگامی که به مجموع این وقایع در طول عمر این رژیم نگاه می‌کنیم، حجم شکنجه‌ها، اعدام‌ها و حبس‌ها جنایتی علیه بشریت است که از نظر وسعت و قساوت با فجایع رواندا و هولوکاست قابل مقایسه است. سکوت در برابر چنین شرارتی، همدستی در آن است.

پیشنهاد ما: پشتیبانی هوایی، نه نیروی زمینی
ما از پسران و دختران آمریکا نمی‌خواهیم که در خاک ما بجنگند. مردم ایران آماده‌اند تا کشور خود را پس بگیرند. ما اراده، تعداد و شجاعت لازم برای برچیدن این تئوکراسی را از کف خیابان‌ها داریم. آنچه ما فاقد آن هستیم، محافظت در برابر تسلیحات سنگین سپاه پاسداران است.

ما مشخصاً درخواست یک کارزار پشتیبانی هوایی گسترده و حملات استراتژیک به دستگاه نظامی رژیم، مراکز اطلاعاتی و پناهگاه‌های رهبری آن را داریم. قاطعیت شما در هدف قرار دادن ستون‌های این رژیم، توانایی آن‌ها را در سرکوب مردم نابود می‌کند و سقوط استبداد را سریع و اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌سازد.

ما می‌دانیم آزادی هزینه دارد، و از مالیات‌دهندگان آمریکایی نمی‌خواهیم بار مالی آزادی ایران را به دوش بکشند. ما، امضاکنندگان این دادخواست—به نمایندگی از شهروندان ایرانِ آزادِ آینده—باور و تعهد خود را اعلام می‌کنیم که هزینه‌های مربوط به هرگونه تجهیزات نظامی، لجستیک و پشتیبانی عملیاتیِ مرتبط با این تلاش، باید پس از سقوط رژیم از سوی دولتِ ایرانِ آزاد بازپرداخت شود. ایران کشوری ثروتمند است که گروگانِ دزدان شده؛ وقتی آزاد شود، باور داریم باید به تعهدات خود عمل کند و به کسانی که در ساختن آن آینده کمک کردند ادای دین کند.

زمان اقدام اکنون است
آقای رئیس‌جمهور، جمهوری اسلامی ببری کاغذی است که برای بقا به ترور متکی است. یک ضربه قاطع از سوی ائتلاف بین‌المللی به رهبری ایالات متحده، نه تنها 85 میلیون نفر را آزاد خواهد کرد، بلکه ثبات را به خاورمیانه و امنیت را به جهان بازخواهد گرداند.
