Laws and Regulations needed to prevent staff burnout!

Laws and Regulations needed to prevent staff burnout!
The Issue
There are growing concerns in the workplace about harassment, micromanaging, verbal abuse, and heavy workloads provided by co-workers/management! There is a lack of fair salary, empathy toward the workers, personal and health benefits for staff or employees.
These concerns can lead to the development of BURNOUT symptoms of anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts.
When the employee or worker goes to the Human Resource department for support to reduce negative concerns in the workplace the employee or worker would receive little to no help.
"I have personally experienced management placing two job positions responsibilities on my daily schedule to save money for having to hire another employee to complete the tasks. Human resources stated my job description has "any other duties necessary" at the end. When I requested assistance to receive a fair wage for the increased responsibilities of a conversation with management to reduce the stress of the extra responsibilities I was shut down and denied."
The Human resource department provides assistance to the company according to the labor regulations, not advocate for the employee or worker rights. It would be beneficial if there were labor regulations or Employee Advocates added to the Human Resources department to allow opportunity to express concerns and receive equal empathy to collaborate on a positive solution between the employee and management.
Please sign and share this petition to let the Department of Labor and others hear our concerns and struggles for fair treatment for employees and staff, not just management and the executive committees!
Sending an employee to an EAP, Employee Assistance Program, only places blame and shame on the employee, not a resolution for positive change in the work place.
Thank you,
