We are on our way to putting out the flame of burnout! 

Thank you to the 188 individuals who have provided signatures and financial support to receive fair treatment in the workplace!

What is some of the reasons that job positions are not being filled. Individuals are choosing to work for themselves or companies with fast payout to reduce mental health struggles and concerns. NO one should be subject to the possible abuse provided at the workplace by co-workers or management with no support in the company or organization for positive change.

Sending an employee to an EAP, Employee Assistance Program, only places blame and shame on the employee, not a resolution for positive change in the workplace.
