We are on our way to putting out the flame of burnout! �

Thank you to the 124 individuals who have provided signatures and financial support to receive fair treatment in the workplace!

This year of 2024 there should be an acknowledgement and change of how employees are treated in job positions. There are an unknown amount of job positions that are not being filled.  Individuals are chosing reducing mental health struggles and concerns over the possible abuse provided at the workplace by co-workers or management with no support in the company or organization for positive change.

Please spread the word about this petition in hopes of getting the Federal Department of Labor to see the importance and this concern!

Sending an employee to an EAP, Employee Assistance Program, only places blame and shame on the employee, not a resolution for positive change in the work place.
