The publication of a video in cyberspace with the content of the harassment of an oppressed and innocent dog by two adult men in the city of Malayer in the province of Hamadan in Iran, made me condemn this animal abuse by collecting signatures.

We, the signatories of this patent, request the law enforcement force of the islamic republic of Iran and judicial system of islamic republic of Iran to deal with these violators.
