In light of recent events in the rugby rape case I am now calling for an end to victim blaming and unjust practices in the legal system and in our Law. As I have studied Law and I am qualified in Law and legal research on Rape Laws I am calling on the Law commissioners to accept a sit down on proposals of how to amend and reform the Sexual Offences (NI) Order 2008 as this is outdated and doesn't hold up victims rights charters. I am proposing discussion on a more inquisitorial framework to rape and sexual assault cases and responses to them. Time is up on the lack of justice and protection afforded to survivors of sexual violence.
