Hernandez robs our youth especially our high risk youth.... like my son from a safe zone..... by recruiting players from other communities..... unfortunately it increases the chances for these youth and or high risk youth to get into ATODS ALCOHOL TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUGS AND GANG RELATED ACTIVITIES which increases drop out rate and crime in our community (ELA) in this case Garfield High School. Our youth once again especially the high risk youth like my son are the real victims... my son should be at practice like many youth I can name..... by recruiting others players from the other communities robbed my son many others from practice time play time thy get beat up shoulder pads helmets during practice and games ect..... and I'm not even mentioning how he robs our youth from scholarships... by recruiting other players is allowing them to get into the football program at Garfield high school then into an universities or other colleges and once again not our youth from our commnuity. This petition has and will open a can of worms many individuals are involved like other coachs administrave staff from Garfield for allowing the flow of so much recruitment not just coach Hernandez ALSO THE PARENTS WHO ALLOWED THEIR KIDS TO BE RECRUITED WHERE AWARE IT WASNT RIGHT...... this is evidence-based information from SAMHSA SUBSTANCE ABUSE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE ADMINSTRATION - NIDA NATIOAL INSTITUTE ON DRUG ABUSE - CADDE CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION ALCHOL DRUG EDUCATORS AND MANY OTHERS IN THE TREATMENT COMMUNITY.... I HAVENT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE SURFACE HOW MUCH DAMAGE IT CAUSES THE COMMUNITY AND ONCE AGAIN OUR YOUTH... ITS IN WRITEN IN PSYCHOLOGY BOOKS.....Trying To Stop The Runaway Train is one of the books on all this information I just mention.... Its on Community Prevention ........ PLEASE REMEMBER ITS NOT ABOUT CHAMPIONSHIPS .....ITS ABOUT OUR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY.... AND CHAMPIONSHIPS SHOULD BE WON BY YOUTH FROM OUR COMMUNITY...
