📢 Announcement: You Can Help Trigger an ICC Investigation into Hong Kong

City states like San Marino and Liechtenstein, each with populations of only tens of thousands, are both members of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

👉 Legally, they have the same power as major states to submit a state referral, requesting the ICC Prosecutor to open an investigation. A state referral carries legal weight, and the Prosecutor is required to take action without delay.

⚖️ Why is this important?

City states can make decisions more quickly
They have fewer economic dependency to China
They are more likely to take the lead
👉 A single small state is enough to trigger the entire international criminal process

✉️ What can you do?

Write to parliamentarians or government officials in these countries
Urge them to submit an ICC state referral
Help spread the message
👉 With enough pressure, the first state may take action
