In addition Oracle will keep working on moving Java EE forward but definitely not as the de-facto steward. Instead Oracle will share the responsibility of moving Java EE forward more equally between vendors like IBM and Red Hat as well as the community. We believe all of this is for the better and far overdue. However there is still an important issue that we once again need your help on. It seems Oracle wants to restrict the use of the word Java and the use of the "javax" packages after the move to the Eclipse Foundation primarily due to branding concerns. We believe this is very wrong for the community and industry.
