Update on Philanthropic Dr.

To the Society for the Appreciation of Philanthropic Street (or SAPS for short):

Neighbors and Friends, as Toll Brothers finishes up the last of its Metro Walk development I'd like to make a plea for shoring up and beautifying the hill.  As you can see from the picture it is eroding and the grass is struggling.  It could use at least some trees, to stabilize the hill and shade the grass.  

It is worth mentioning that there are two dead trees, one quite large, at the top of the hill.  They are likely to damage cars and the new trees when they come down.  

I'd appreciate you all lobbying TB and the HOA to resolve this.
