I, Paul Rouillard am happy to speak publicly about this petition and how it can easily be changed. I had a great conversation this morning with a fellow landlord/investor. She wants to begin a class action lawsuit and we need landlords from all around Ontario to support these changes. i'll be meeting with her within the next month and post an update for you. I am happy to speak with you if you have more ideas to grow this petition. 519-258-3966. She asked me why I am so energetic about managing and investing my time into this petition? The answer is simple. IM SICK OF IT! The laws are cheating landlords. It all started as a child when I used to watch my parents manage their rental properties. They often had issues with bad tenants. Eventually when I became a landlord and founded Rent4All Property Management as well as my real estate brokerage FlatPrice.ca Real Estate Brokerage I noticed a different view of the laws. I saw my clients lose thousands due to one bad tenant. Client after client and bad tenant after bad tenant, it all got under my skin. So after seeing these issues for the past few years, I feel a need to try and make a change. This will only happen with you! We all need to participate.
