We seem to live in a society where an MLA of Karnataka has an audacity to claim "Even the house of commoners will have Rs 4 to 5 crore. Such amounts are considered insignificant by us”
How can yyou say with a straight face that house of commoners in India will have Rs 4 to 5 crore lying around?
All this comes in the backdrop of my fight for justice - Land registration pending for over 25 years in #Bengaluru
The speed in which BJP MLA Madal Virupakshappa got an interim Anticipatory bail, shocked even seasoned lawyers, prompting them to write to the High Court
"The Advocates association, Bengaluru expresses serious concern & shock at how quickly the interim Anticipatory bail plea of BJP MLA Madal Virupakshappa was heard & granted, they question why he was treated like a VIP & say the common man would lose faith in judicial system"
While all this happens and the election-hungama begins in Karnataka, I continue my petition drive. At the same time my lawyer has filed another Writ Petition in the Karnataka High Court asking for speedy action.
Justice may be delayed, but cannot be denied
