A couple of weeks ago, I met with the Deputy Commissioner of Bengaluru Urban Sri. Dayananda K.A, IAS (link). While he promised to have the matter reviewed, I have not heard back from his office.

In the meantime, I also med a karayakarta of @BJP4Karnataka who happens to be a senior advocate. He reviewed the papers and was of the opinion that there weren't any legal hurdles to moving forward. Tweet from Sri SV Srinivas

Now, it is just wait and watch, since I am trying to use some political influence and appeals to pursue this matter.
