Thanks to the 14,281 people who have signed to support my online petition

As per the Revenue Court Case Monitoring System (RCCMS) the case is listed for hearing tomorrow - 28 Jan 2021 and my lawyer has already filed written arguments. My lawyer also cautioned that I shouldn’t hold high hopes yet.

A few weeks ago, there was a news article that “the government created the post of Special Deputy Commissioner-3 expressly to help clear the huge pendency.” However, this was just another announcement with no follow up-action.

Apparently, the new officer who is supposed to take charge a new of Special Deputy Commissioner-3 for Bengaluru is yet to do so and there seems to be a delay in handover. This means the cases will continue to remain stuck till the bureaucracy is resolved.

I would like to request Karnataka’s Revenue Minister (@RAshokaBJP @BSBommai) to direct Bangalore Deputy Commissioner to (@dcbangalore) have this matter resolved at the earliest.

I hope that Justice delayed is NOT Justice Denied
