This petition is becoming a reality

Thank you all for signing this petition a couple of months ago. I'm excited to say that it's now developed to become a full legal case!
Seeing the support for student compensation at Lancaster and across the country, I have contacted Leigh Day who are working on a lawsuit against university authorities to get our money back according to our consumer rights.
The case is not just about the money - it's setting a precedent that students deserve the same consumer rights as anyone else, and if we are paying a ridiculous amount of money for university education then we are entitled to a refund if it's not provided!
The case is strong but if the university decides to dispute it we'll have to go to trial. This will cost a lot of money and we will need to raise funds to make this happen.
I've set up a Crowdjustice page which I'm hoping will spread across the UK (and beyond!) to raise funds and awareness of our case. I'm attaching it below so please donate and share to make this case a reality and get back your money!
There are 977 signatories on this petition - if you all donated just £5 we would be well on our way to getting this case to trial.
Thank you again for your support!
