After reading the article below it gave me a little hope that maybe by 2017 families like ours and adults suffering from mental health could have the help they need close by. I am not sure how they plan on doing this mammoth task but even so it is good to see that people's voices have been heard. On a more personal note I really would like to thank all of the people who have signed the petition, given lots of knowledge and we'll wishes in the comments and those that have kindly donated to our Just Giving page which means for quite a considerable amount of time I can visit Rachael more often.
