Its now 3+ years since moving in and im virtually housebound, the council put in a new boiler but still the water temp fluctuates from cold to boiling, the heat (without heating on) and humidity problem is severe the wooden floors are swelling and now have to have dehumidifiers on continuously which of course is costly, and is affecting my health, i have a leak in the water pipes somewhere and water coming under front door threshold when it rains , i cannot use the bathroom or shower due to spinal issues and have had a needs assessment and has been said i could have a wetroom installed but with the heat and humidity problem this was not possible, plus the water temperature fluctuation problem so i asked council to move me on medical grounds am currently on band b having a medical need to move (am reluctant to join housing homeswap registers as i do not want to give my name/location away due to domestic violence), im suffering daily with the heat as it make my body swell and makes movement limited, so is extremely painful, no fresh air as i cannot reach 2 windows in kitchen or bathroom, a surveyor found problems in the flat, the council have failed to carry the works out even making some of the problems worse, am emotionally upset daily because washing/bathing is a basic human right, its seriously affecting me physically and mentally,  i also have noise sensitivity and with 24 hr traffic 2 pubs, fire staion nearby am bombarded by constant noise/flashing lights (noise comes through extractor fans)no quiet room to sit in) i cant even sit in the garden because of it) and because of ptsd feel on edge constantly am sleep deprived 

 please please share and sign in the hope i can be moved before the weather gets warmer and so i can bathe clean myself, i just want to feel human again.
