It's now 3 years since moving in, 2 council surveyors found no problems and a surveyor commissioned by me found 3 problems which the council have failed to address or put right, I have been in touch with an MP they replied saying my gp commented on my mental health from before taking over the property not my long term health conditions ..I feel like I've been discriminated against, I am now running two dehumidifiers celing and floor fan and have been assessed as needing a wetroom, as I cannot use Bath /shower due to mobility issues,  this is not feasible in current conditions I have asked council to monitor the heat humidity and noise (they only recorded it twice in high summer heat not of a night or winter) I do not need to run  central heating and cannot cool down I cannot regulate body temperature and suffer hyperhydrosis ( extreme sweating) since injuries, temp in flat  currently 25-26 ° of a night 

 if they can not fix find cause  i have asked to be moved to somewhere more suitable, 

I am on homeswapper sites but feel if I swap I'm putting incoming tenants at risk I could not lie to them about conditions here which means I might never get a swap the council have a duty to inspect air quality noise and humidity issues and make homes safe for tenants this is not being followed the council are in breech of the tenancy agreement.. I suffer constant pain , migraines, muscle spasms, dizziness, dehydration and vision problems which also limits my activity indoors
