WHERE: HAMMARSKJOLD HIGH SCHOOL 80 Clarkson St S, Thunder Bay WHEN: SATURDAY, APRIL 16, 2016, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Opening remarks by Dr. David Tranter at 11:15 am, followed by a yoga stretch led by Susan Bishop. PURPOSE: to showcase resources available to parents for their child’s well-being AND to strengthen awareness of connections between mental health, well-being and student achievement. ACTIVITIES: information booths, presentations, hand massages, yoga & meditation, pet therapy, mental health first aid, tour Hamm’s newly opened Wellness Room! FREE ADMISSION & DOOR PRIZES!! Wear your support for Hammarskjold! Stop by our School Council Booth and pick up a We Are Vikings/Choose Hammarskjold T-Shirt for ONLY $10! Supplies are limited!! (Our t-shirts have been ordered by a Hammarskjold parent and have NOT in any way been purchased or endorsed by either Hammarskjold High School, its Administration, or the Lakehead Public School Board.
