Last night the Historic Preservation Commission unanimously rejected the plan put forth in the settlement proposal.   BTB is grateful for the commissioners’ careful analysis of the proposal and their consistent application of the 17 standards.  Residents who spoke and wrote emails in support of those standards showed that rules still matter in Lake Forest. 

The next step is City Council on December 5.
