Our 2020 graduates need our help! They deserve more of a traditional graduation than a drive by.  Our graduates have work hard for many years. They were given the impression they would have a normal graduation even if delayed.   They derserve for us to work hard for them, as they have to get to this point. The school board is recommending this to happen in a little over 3 weeks from now. Why not push back 1 more week or leave as is. If you compare how many people are in public places now, compared to even 2 weeks ago. There is a drastic change from then to now. There is no reason to not consider other options. I am putting forth this petition in the hopes that the Lake County school board will put an effort into finding a better solution to the graduation plans currently set forth.  I am recommending that the school board allow each school to have a more traditional graduation. 

1. Completely normal graduation. Those ask risk or dont want to participate can choose not to attend.

2. Completely normal graduation limit to parents with video feed for all others. Chairs for graduates can be spaced accordingly.

3. Completely normal graduation with immediate family, parents syblings, grandparents. Elderly or at risk should take extra precaution. 

4. If the above ideas are not enough for school board than please look a social media, look at the comments from your community.
