If you care about development along Arapahoe, come to the City Council hearing tomorrow night, June 3 at 5:30 PM, regarding phase 2 of the “silo“ development. The original developer, cornerstone, secured approval by painting, a picture of a beautiful community with a large central park, a community supported agriculture area, and an organic restaurant serving produce from the CSA. After approval, they flipped the land to a national developer, Lennar, who is abandoning all of the features that prompted the city of Lafayette to approve the plan. We need people to turn out and show interest and concern tomorrow night. Thanks very much
