Lafayette Marketplace Neighbors:

You are receiving this email because you attended a community meeting held on November 7th, 2022, or have previously contacted us to learn about the proposed Lafayette Marketplace.  The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Hwy 287 and Arapahoe Road.  At the November 7th meeting, we introduced Kensington Development, shared our initial concepts, and engaged with the community to understand community comments and guidance.  We have continued to refine our development plans based on the community feedback.  We have initiated the Sketch Plan submittal phase with Lafayette, the first phase in the Lafayette process, and community involvement is paramount for the implementation of a successful project.

As part of the initial phase, Kensington Development filed and submitted a formal sketch plan with the City of Lafayette. The required neighborhood meeting was held on 2/9/2023 at  the Sister Carmen Community Center and where some initial concepts were shared with the neighbors who attended the meeting.

As we move through the Lafayette process, we want to thank you for your continued interest in the proposed Lafayette Marketplace development.  We are still very early in the process and look forward to continuing to engage with all our neighbors.
