My partner and I are hosting a community potluck in Big Bear this Thursday from 4 PM - 7 PM. And since rescues are so full, we thought we would invite rescues to bring some of their dogs and cats needing to be adopted. I know this message isn't about OPENING THE SHELTERS but it is about OPENING OUR MINDS as a community and how we can help our local rescues and shelters FILL THE GAP in times where they are all full. What events are you attending this month where an animal rescue might be able to adopt out a few of their loved ones?

That being said, I'm looking for an animal rescue who wants to place their dogs and cats. Our community potluck is this Thursday, September 22, 2022 with about 100 people on a ranch in Big Bear City.
