Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn is telling Los Angeles County tax paying citizens NOT to ADOPT or SURRENDER any animals at our local TAX-FUNDED animal pounds. The result? Here are two cats about to be dumped on the streets of Downey because the couple were not allowed to surrender the cats to the County animal pound.
