Our Castaic Community is complaining about Animal Pound Staff NOT responding to life saving emails or phone calls. LA County Animal Pound Executives must be held accountable. Remember folks, the Los Angeles County Animal Pounds have announced that the general public will be held at arm's length moving forward. No one will ever be able to go to our animal pounds again and look to see how the animals are doing. They are not allowing open unfettered access to the our LA County Animal Pounds indefinitely. This new downgraded system is causing the death of innocent animals. They have failed and we need to go back to Open Access NOW!

Not only do they not answer calls at the Castaic shelter, you can only schedule an appointment by emailing them. Which so far I've had no response. There has to be a better way.
