Petition Against the prolonged Strange form of Occupation by the United States of America on Independent and Sovereign soil of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Greetings

Whereas, Hawaii remains under a strange form of Occupation by the United States of America since 1893, under then, President Grover Cleveland, who restored the throne and country back to Queen Liliuokalani, Whereas, the Committee of Safety disobeyed that lawful order and created the Republic of Hawaii and under, then President William McKinley, who then annexed Hawaii to the United States of America in 1898, unlawfully and illegally, therefore,

We, the undersigned Citizens of the United States of America, District of Columbia, from the State of___________, do hereby

sign this petition requesting that the continued illegal and unlawful actions in which The United States of America has stolen the original inhabitants of Hawaii's identity, language, culture, lands and livelihood are to first, formally renounce and repeal the Statehood Act of 1959, The Hawaiian Homestead Commission Act of 1921, The Jones Act of 1920, The Organic Act of 1916 and of course the Newlands Resolution Act of 1898.

We, the undersigned Citizens of the United States of America, District of Columbia, from the State of____________, do also support

reparations owed to the people of this Independent and Sovereign Nation.

Be it also acknowledged and advised that, WE the People of the United States of America sign this petition of our own volition, understanding that for over 131 years, since 1893, the truth is finally being told of the sordid history of the Independent and Sovereign Kingdom of Hawaii.
