I've been doing my research. It's time to ramp up the pressure. We are all unsatisfied with My Outdoor TV's lazy response to our complaints. Well now it's time to get them working. Let's get their lawyers involved. With the right legal support, we have scope to show that the videos shown on MOTV are unlawful. To whom it may concern, I am writing because I believe My Outdoor TV is in breach of the Video Recordings Act 1984 and Rule 14 of the Ofcom Rules and Guidance because it shows material which presents, among other things: • Graphic images of real injury, violence or death presented in a salacious or sensationalist manner which risks harm by encouraging callous or sadistic attitudes • Detailed portrayals of violent or dangerous acts, […] which may cause harm to public health or morals. • Material which is so demeaning or degrading to human dignity (for example, it consists of strong abuse, torture or death without any mitigating factors) that it may pose a harm risk. If you do not take steps to ensure you are compliant with the aforementioned guidance, or if I do not receive a satisfactory response to this official complaint, I will proceed to report My Outdoor TV to regulatory authorities.
