So continuing from the 'reply' that COBKL mentioned. 

Here, it is!

No through investigation, they read the reply the MPMC wrote, then concluded nothing was wrong. If we're unsatisfied, we should go to tribunal.

Waited for 2 months for this? If we knew that, we would have went straight to the tribunal. But we had faith in COBKL, COBKL has the power over the MPMC to order for an audit, if they wanted to. However, they didn't. It's so disappointing that this is what we got from the authority that was supposed to protect and act on our behalf. 

Yes, we could go to tribunal, but the last tribunal this MPMC went through (Yes, this MPMC no stranger to the law) took almost 1 year to settle for a burst pipe. The tribunal is flawed. Imagine how long it would take during MCO days. 

No, I'm sick of the authorities-either MPMC, COBKL, etc-on not doing their responsibilities. Therefore, I hope this petition is able to put more pressure to the authorities to take proper action.
