In order to minimize impact in the residential neighborhoods surrounding the Milk District, we petition the City of Orlando to allow the businesses within the Milk District to use the Festival Park Parking lot for Milk District patrons. This will reduce patron vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the neighborhoods, increasing safety, reducing litter and causing less potential for disturbances.
