So Youn Park 박소연, nearly 25 years animal activists in South Korea. She has been fighting against animal cruelty from early 2000. In barren, treacherous land of South Korea to Animals, she worked and fought hard against all odds! It is countless how many animals she has saved from starvation, torture, confined in cages, abused in the land of Animal Hell. I personally think thanks to her efforts, Animal Rights in South Korea were pulled up to the current level from Underground Hell. 

Last September 2023, she and other activists went to protest and fight against Dog-meat treaders, however on the day, she was put into Jail by the police! She was lying on a road as a sign of protest, the Police said "if you don't get up, we will arrest you" and before she got up, she was arrested by the police.

 On May 22nd, 2024(1 month left), the final verdict trial will be held. I'd like to call out all Animal lovers to this petition and demand S.Korea Justice department for mercy to release her and to know how much she has devoted her life for animals in S. Korea.

존경하는 재판장님, 

피고인 박소연씨는 거의 25여년간, 자신의 몸을 돌보지 않고 한국의 동물들을 위해 희생해 왔습니다. 그녀는 동물복지가 전무한 우리나라에서 우리나라의 최약자인 동물들을 위해 말그대로 ‘밤과 낮’을 가리지 않고 자신이 할수 있는 최선을 다해 동물의 목소리를 대변하면서 학대, 잔인한 살해등, 죽음에 놓여있던 동물들을 위해 싸워 왔습니다. 안락사 논쟁에서도 혹자는 피고인 박소연씨를 매도하지만, 현 한국 동물들의 현실을 보면 비난을 받아 마땅한 집단들은 따로 있습니다. 그녀는 이러한 혹자들의 매도와 비난 속에서도 굴하지 않고, 오직 동물만을 생각하며 달려왔습니다. 육견집회에 맞서 싸우는 과정에서 본의아니게 춘천경찰의 공무집행 방해 행위에 대해, 그녀는 용서를 구했습니다.

동물을 수없이 죽이고 학대한 어느 동물연쇄 살인범도 4년이상이라는 중형을 받은적이 없습니다. 그러나 그와 반대로 박소연씨는 수없이 동물을 구해 내었으며 자신의 몸을 사리지 않고 25여년이 넘는 세월동안 온갖 협박 물리적 충돌에 맞서면서 지금까지 거의 평생을 헌신하였습니다. 평생을 가장 학대받는 한국의 최약자인 동물들을 위해, 우리나라 동물권익 향상에 크게 공헌한 그녀를 위해 부디 현명한 판단을 해 주시기를 탄원합니다.
