Kohl's responsible for stolen design, refuse to admit theft

In disappointing news, Kohl's have stated that the stolen Boogie graphic was the work of their own design team but claim it's their original work. They will continue to sell the t-shirt until it's sold out and are offering no compensation for the work they stole. They could have blamed this on the "design team" who copied the images in the first place, admitted their mistake and paid Ms Chin for the unauthorised use of her work. Instead they are claiming they've done nothing wrong. The below graphic is a comparison of the original and stolen images, and the two superimposed - you be the judge! Please tell Kohl's that you won't support their blatant theft and dishonesty.
