Scott Volker has been visiting local businesses threatening people and showing acts of violence (throwing and breaking things.) He called a local high school making veiled threats about raping high school girls. He has threatened to shoot women.

We have been told nothing can happen until he does something. That's not good enough. He needs to be investigated and his threats taken seriously. He needs mental healthcare. Something needs to be done before he harms someone and we mourn, wishing we had done something
