Alert: 2 of 30 named sexual abusers currently employed by KSD>

Given the interchanges I have had via email with the Superintendent, it is certain, in my opinion, that the principal of the High School, is one of the 30 sexual abusers named on the Encompass Resources independent investigation. A second sexual abuser on that list, is a teacher at North Kirkwood Middle School.
I have asked Superintendent Ulrich very directly to simply tell me that no one working in the district currently is on that list of abusers. He has responded with round about statements, that the District is observing all of the District's policies and laws and that the Kirkwood Police have no current investigations open for sexual abuse regarding anyone working for the schools. This is not an answer to the question and his evasive answers indicate that he can not simply deny that there are currently abusers working for the district.
Add to this that on the minutes of an August School Board meeting, in somewhat coded notes, it is clear that 2 of the 30 ARE currently employed and that one is the High School principal while the other is a teacher at North Kirkwood Middle School.
This is absolutely outrageous. It doesn't matter that the complaints or reports against Principal Havener have been closed. What matters is that he is a sexual abuser of children, students and that he is running the high school! This requires that he has been, along with a sexual abuser, a liar, that he has had the cover of the Board both when he committed the abusers and since, that the School Board tolerates a sexual abuser as a principal and that the District, in attempting to assure the community that things are under control now... is lying. I doubt that anyone in the community would agree that things are under control when a child sexual abuser is the head Principal of the high school.
Obviously, if I was making these statements up I would be risking a lawsuit from a very wealthy man and perhaps most of the Board as well. But they will not sue me because what I am saying is true and the last thing that Haverner or the Board wants the public knowing is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
I will say that in saying what I have here I am part of no group nor represent anyone else nor am a spokeman for others. The statement is all mine, I have collaborated with no one in saying this. It is all true. It is regrettably true, shamefully true. It is despicable truth.
