Update 27/9/21

Hi friends, 

You have noticed that we passed the 1200 mark on signatures! This is quite an accomplishment and I thank each of you. 

It's time to work to figure out how to encourage more people to sign. The numbers could double easily, I am sure. Consider with me, how you can help others become aware that the petition exists as many do not. Having the easy link handy, written on a card or post it note and with you or copied into your phone makes it easy to pass along this information. Or save the image attached here to your phone photo gallery for easy reference. 

Selling people on signing is much easier now than it was when the petition started as 1200 of you have signed. People will regard this as much more safe, as an indication of how reasonable the petition is, as solidarity in the community on this critical topic of eradication sexual abuse at KHS. Basically we just ask them if they are aware about the petition and about the findings of 50 years of systemic sexual abuse with 30 perpetrators. Most should be aware by now but some are not. Then let them know about the petition and tell them you signed it as you want to protect children and we still don't know who the 30 perpetrators are. This is a fact. If the topic of the current principal comes up, you may say truthfully that he was named to the independent investigator by several witnesses and survivors who say he is a sexual abuser. He has not denied this, the superintendent has not denied this either. 

We are hearing from community members who are mentioning the petition and topic to other kid's parents when they run into them at school, to friends of course, and to people who do not live in the district or even state as well as anyone can sign who wants to see children protected from sexually abusive teachers and staff. 

I know we can double this number if we act. I thank you for your efforts! They will help to save chlldren.
