Kirklees do a press release, Why? And what does it tell you?

So the play strategy grabs attention, Erm I wonder why? Does this answers anything, No! And what does paragraph 3 actually say! that's what worries me, removing equipment to replace with boulders planting and logs, no one has said the parks were going to go, what's been said is the equipment is going to go, how many of these parks are flanked with fields, open space or moorland, that giving the natural facility already, sorry Kirklees sounds and reads like a cover up, trying to take the heat off, this is what we knew, I've also seen a comment that relates to a 15 minute walk to your nearest park, (who's 15 minute walk, yes I could walk to the park that your leaving in place in 15 mins but if I've got 4 grandkids with me it would take hell of a lot longer than 15 mins,)
