The Local press now are claiming that the Thandi partnership has not even put in re-application? for the development? yet a previous story presented the situation as a go-ahead but with heavy restrictions.

It seems there is a different story every month with this camp, also keeping the people of West Yorkshire divided on the matter. As many are still angry about being deprived of the old original pub. Therefore locals seem apprehensive to come together on a position over the development and seem to just be bystanders in an ongoing theatre and scandal parade by the authorities and their strategists.

We were also told that Natural England was a party in this matter and certain certain stages of decision making they were involved in.. yet now we are told that a body is called Historic England. This petition did not have Historic England as a decision maker. I am adding it now. As this petition for referendum is to the Local Council chambers, The other bodies can represent the cause, such as Archaeology UK (CBA).  I notice that also there was a story last month mentioning a "new" petition. but to the Archaeology UK. I have not yet seen a 4th petition. There are already two other petitions open besides this petition.. The one to have the pub restored that I have sited and the Bernard McGuin petition.

From my own experience with newspapers they give a lot of false information and I believe its misleading & defeating. Its interesting that the reporter here is Andrew Hirst. I remember being the victim of a foul rugby Tackle as School involving an Andrew Hirst, I don't know if its the same one, but the tactics seem to run in the Hirst family. I've also read stories on road planning corruption issues by am Anette McIntyre affiliated with the Telegraph & Argus & when i contacted the Leeds council department to confirm the details, they gave a totally different story. This is why things are getting very serious with National News and Extinction Rebellion have pointed out serious issues with media & reporting, doing several actions themselves to block off the newspaper printing press. Also the information given to local press from councillors has been seriously in error, wrong or just untrue. The press now is a tool of the affiliated parties and is no longer a free unbiased tool for all, offering free public notices. And if you do pay to advertise, you can be shot down by journalism and themes inserted in to the very same issue . Also there seems a hacking issue where details are changed or edited. That needs proper investigation as well.

It could be this new story might be aimed to relax people so they do not feel any need to sign any petitions or act. I will continue to obtain the 15.5k signatures for the referendum.

Because I believe that upon finding out new information concerning our Heritage we should be also looking at "Rewilding" some of the area as well as protecting it with an outstanding natural beauty order.
