King Charles is visiting the U.S. just as America approaches 250 years of independence, and we believe it’s time for a modest proposal.

The United States has achieved a great deal since 1776. But with rising division and global uncertainty, we believe it might benefit from a little guidance from the motherland.

This petition calls on His Majesty to (lovingly) bring the United States back under British rule until things are smoothed out.

To sweeten the deal, Americans will receive universal free healthcare. However, they will be expected to pay for the tea dumped in Boston Harbor in 1773. (Correction: ‘Harbour’)
