Some people belive that I changed this petition to register Kimono as an Intangible cultural heritage.

NO, I haven't. I have not changed the purpose of the petition nor the address, It stays addressed to Kim and USPTO. That is why the petition declared a victory and finished. However, Kimono.com is still active and the change has not made. The petition can be re-started anytime.

To protect « Kimono» further I will contact UNESCO, show this petition as « an example of how many people would not want to see the abuse of Kimono and appreciate the culture».  

If I need anyone's signature, I will start a new petition.
