The City of Montreal is advertising (“We take care of our animals”) on pet ads that offer to breed animals, all against Kijiji strict posting policies. I am asking the mayor of Montreal, Mr. Denis Coderre, to stop advertising on pet sale pages like Kijiji Canada where it’s virtually impossible to tell the difference between a reputable breeder and a puppy mill.
