We respectfully request the Management Corporation (MC)/Joint Management Body (JMB) to reinstate the food delivery collection table and the larger lobby trash bin.

The collection table provided a practical convenience for residents while remaining fully consistent with the House Rules, which require residents to personally collect their deliveries. The removal of the table has inconvenienced residents, and no House Rule or Additional By-Law has been identified that expressly requires its removal.

We also request the reinstatement of the larger lobby trash bin to support cleanliness and proper waste disposal in the common areas.

We believe any future changes affecting residents' daily use of common facilities should be communicated in advance and, where appropriate, include consultation with residents before implementation.
