Oh dear!

Oh dear, I have had a tonge lashing this morning from an irate member of the public who lives in Church Lane. They say that they are vehemently opposed to my petition, because if Church Lane is widened and Pot hole free, there will be twice as much traffic! Not sure how that works, but ok then. I was also told I was full of myself, and had lived here 5 minutes! To all, if any that may agree with this person, I was BORN in Whitstable and have lived within 6 miles of Seasalter all of my 52.5 years. My entire Family live within the same area. My Wife's great Grandparents and Grandparents also lived in Seasalter, I therefore reserve the right to my opinion on Church Lanes apauling condition. I also hasten to add that the irate member of the public spoke to me with a northern accent, which I find funny in itself, so not even a true born and bred local like myself!!! I apologise unreservedly to anyone offended by me trying to make the road safe, and over 600 of you are on MY side. So thank you for your continued support! Andy X
