So... They won't widen and resurface Church Lane because of a thousand excuses, but if it involves works to benefit the new Shopping Complex, no problem!
So they will dig it up from top to bottom and fill it back in leaving yet more uneaven surface.
This is the perfect opportunity to resurface, do you think they will?
