Dear Mr Jarju

Thank you for your recent complaint received on 23 April 2021. I would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Due to the on-going situation surrounding Covid-19, we are currently prioritising work which could see routine and non-safety critical enquiries taking longer to be resolved than usual.

As a result, there may be a delay to our usual response timeframe of 20 working days but please rest assured that we remain committed to delivering the best service we can. You may experience a delay in receiving a response from us, but where possible we will keep you informed.

We will continue to ensure any dangerous or emergency matters are given highest priority.

Please bear in mind that you can still log any faults via our fault reporting tool at https://webapps.kent.gov.uk/KCC.KHSFaultsGIS.Web.Sites.Public/ReportAFault.aspx

If you have already reported a fault, you can track progress of this at https://webapps.kent.gov.uk/KCC.KHSFaultsGIS.Web.Sites.Public/TrackAFault.aspx

Yours sincerely
