On August 23rd, Jacob Blake was murdered at the hands of police officers who shot him in the back several times while getting into his car after trying to break up a fight between two white women

police arrived they tased and shot him multiple times while he was in his car with his three sons watching. the officers who were involved in this crime need to be arrested and charged with attempted murder.

We can not allow this to continue to happen time and time again. This country has a history of law enforcement abusing their power and their victims not receiving justice. The crimes are covered up and stowed away under the protection of their title. Human beings don’t deserve to die in the streets and lose their lives because another person is power hungry and can not control themselves while they have a weapon in their hands and feel as if they are invincible and above the law.

Victim’s family and friends don’t deserve to mourn an unnecessary death that was caused by pure recklessness. Putting these officers on paid leave is not enough, taking their badge is not enough, but arresting them and charging them with attempted murder is a step in the right direction for our justice system.

Please spread this, share it and inform others of Jacob’s story, and know that his children have to live with the trauma of watching their father being shot at the hands of someone who is supposed to “protect and serve”. But I’m sure we all know the true intentions of law enforcement by now.
