Arriva Trains Wales know how many customers they get at each station daily. So why have they not addressed the lack of carriages in the 15 years they've had the franchise? They appear to have no capability to plan for and address the challenges that any rail service faces from weather to peaks in demand. They have spent 15 years demonstrating their incompetence and it's time for them to go.
