@ArrivaTW your 17:16 Cardiff to Holyhead train is joke..I don't think apologies cut it!!! All carriages like this!! Absolutely horrific journey from Newport to Chester with @ArrivaTW - managed to piss off an entire carriage of passengers for 2.5 hours @ArrivaTW why is the Manchester to Carmarthen train always such a shambles? I stand up most most of the journey. @ArrivaTW train was 15 mins late, loads of us standing for 2hrs, where do I get my refund please?
