Just to let you know that we have heard back from Kellogg's and they shared the Palm Oil Milestones document with us.

We have raised some questions with them:

• Why do the US and Latin Am not use certified segregated oil at all?
• It seems a long time to phase out Green Palm certificates ie 5 years since the policy was announced - this does not seem very ambitious?
• How are Kellogg's pushing to ensure deforestation for palm oil is stopped?
• On the Grievance Tracker there do not seem to be many concrete actions taken, it is just monitoring/taking the supplier's word for what is happening eg GAR March 2020 (a stronger response would be expected)\/
• A number of complaints have no status or action against them so how are they being resolved?

We have also asked if we can meet to discuss how things are progressing, as it has been a year since the new palm oil policy was announced and we are keen to see how that is changing what happens on the forest floor.

Please let us know if you have any comments or questions.  In them mean time, please keep sharing the petition as we are approaching 900,000 signatures and that keeps Kellogg's focused on changing things for the better.
