We've had a sighting

There were some guys in suits wandering around for around an hour today. In a similar fashion to around November before putting the streetlights in. Not sure if this means they'll be starting actual work soon. Please keep sharing this so we can continue to put pressure on them as I'm not sure if they'll actually keep going.
