This decision by Embark hurts those who trusted the promotion, offering benefits that disappear without warning. The worst thing is that this could easily be avoided: Xbox already offers other benefits through redeemable codes, which allow you to keep items even after the Game Pass Ultimate period ends. We ask that Embark deliver a solution for those who already obtained the Stryker Grid and Urban Ronin sets, either through codes that ensure their permanence in the account or through another alternative that leaves them saved for good.
